Under normal circumstances all commission will be directly credited to your DMEX account within 3 business days.

6. After My Friend Joined the DMEX platform and purchased DMEX products, can they leave DMEX if they want?

The short answer is YES. If your friend is unhappy about DMEX's product and service, they are absolutely free to go at any time they want. DMEX offers three categories of products & services:

8. Where can I see my refer commission and how do I withdraw them?

On the 'Refer your friend' page, you can switch to the 'Invitation reward' tab where you will see a detailed list of your commission rewards. To withdraw your rewards, please go to the 'Refer your friend' page, switch to the 'Invitation reward' tab, click the 'Claim' button to withdraw the reward to your nominated wallet address.

9. If my friends join DMEX and participate in the FIL/DMC mining, I can get 4% cashback, is the cash back a one-time reward or a recurring reward?

The DMEX referral reward is a continuous recurring payment. As long as your friend stays in the DMEX mining pool, you can enjoy a stable 4% commission income every single day.

10. How do I know if my invitation is successful?

On the 'Refer your friend' page, you can switch to the 'Invitation history' tab to review all your successful invitations.

11. I have invited my friends, but my promotion income did not arrive?

There are two possibilities: (1) Your friends did not purchase DMEX NFT or 13 participate in DMEX mining; (2) Your promotional income has been sent to your DApp account, you need to go to the 'Refer your friend' page, switch to the 'Invitation reward' tab and claim your income.
