# DMEX's Platform Token $DMC

## 1. Which chain is $DMC on, and what is $DMC's contract token address?

$DMC is a HRC-20 token running on the Huobi HECO Chain. 

$DMC‘s token address is: 0x854bb58fdda85f20b5ab20b20d888f0554c02560

## 2. Where can I buy and sell $DMC?

DMEX's platform token $DMC has been listed on the decentralized MDEX exchange (<https://mdex.com/#/>) and the centralized exchange Hoo.com (<https://hoo.com/>).

## 3. Why am I not seeing $DMC in my Trust Wallet?

Unfortunately Trust Wallet does not support HECO Chain. $DMC is running on the Huobi HECO Chain (<https://www.hecochain.com/en-us/>). Here is a list of all the Wallets that supports HECO: <https://www.HECOchain.com/en-us/wallet> Please download a HECO compatible wallet, import your Ethereum address to HECO Chain to see your $DMC.

## 4. I gave you my ETH address, can I find my $DMC in MetaMask?

With MetaMask you will have to (1) mannually add HECO chain then (2) import your ETH address to HECO chain (3) Search for $DMC token and add it to your 2 3 wallet. We recommend multi chain wallets such as the Token Pocket wallet (<https://www.tokenpocket.pro/>) since Token Pocket automatically supports HECO without requiring any manual set up.

## 5. I provided my HECO address and I should have received some $DMC, however I can't see it in my wallet, why?

If you can't find your $DMC in your wallet, there are usually 2 common reasons:

(1) Your wallet does not support HECO Chain.&#x20;

For example, Trust Wallet does not support HECO Chain. $DMC is running on the Huobi HECO Chain. Here is a list of all the Wallets that supports HECO: <https://www.HECOchain.com/en-us/wallet>&#x20;

Please download a HECO compatible wallet, import your Ethereum address to HECO Chain to see your $DMC.

(2) You are looking at your Ethereum wallet.

While the HECO chain address is compatible with Ethereum address. i.e. You can receive $DMC with your Ethereum address. However you won't see $DMC on the Ethereum chain, please switch to HECO chain in your wallet, import your Ethereum address to HECO chain, then you will see your $DMC.

## 6. Can I use my Ethereum address to receive $DMC?

Yes, you can use your Ethereum address to receive $DMC. HECO chain is compatible with Ethereum address. i.e. they are essentially the same address (same letters, numbers, and length). However, please be mindful that you won't see $DMC in your wallet unless your wallet supports HECO chain.

## 7. You gave me a transaction hash but I can't find the transaction hash on Etherscan, did you gave me the wrong transaction hash?

$DMC is a HECO (HRC-20) token, its transactions are not recorded with Etherscan (ERC-20). You should use the HECO Chain Explorer instead of Etherscan: <https://hecoinfo.com/>

## 8. How do I add HECO chain to my MetaMask wallet?

(Step 1) Launch your MetaMaskwallet and go to 'Settings'.&#x20;

(Step 2) Select 'Networks' and click 'Add Network'.&#x20;

(Step 3) Fill in these Information to add HECO chain:&#x20;

Network Name: Heco-Mainnet&#x20;

New RPC URL: <https://http-mainnet-node.huobichain.com>&#x20;

ChainID: 128&#x20;

Symbol: HT&#x20;

Block Explorer URL: <https://hecoinfo.com>

## 9. I've added HECO to MetaMask, but I still don't see $DMC in my wallet?

You need to add the $DMC token to your MetaMask wallet.&#x20;

(Step 1) Launch MetaMask and switch the network to Heco-Mainnet.&#x20;

(Step 2) Select 'Add Token' to to fill in these Information:&#x20;

Token Address: 0x854bb58fdda85f20b5ab20b20d888f0554c02560&#x20;

Token Symbol: DMC&#x20;

Token of Precision: 18&#x20;

After completing these steps, you should be able to see your $DMC in your MetaMask wallet.
